All products sold by SarChem Labs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Please check your order carefully before checkout — product name, CAS number,
grade, purity, pack size and quantity. Once confirmed, the order is final.
We supply chemicals and materials for laboratory and research use. Once a
container leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it was stored, opened or
handled. Returned material cannot be re-tested, re-certified or resold safely.
This applies to every product in our catalogue, including custom synthesis
and bulk orders.
An order can be cancelled only before it has been processed for dispatch.
Email us with your order number as early as possible. Once the order is packed
or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Custom and made-to-order
items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
We will review your case if:
– The wrong product was shipped
– The product arrived damaged or leaking
– You received fewer units than invoiced
– The shipment was not delivered
Write to us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and
clear photographs of the outer carton, the product label and the damage.
Keep all packaging. Do not open the item if it appears to be the wrong product.
If the claim is verified, we will send a replacement or issue a credit, at our
discretion, limited to the value of the affected item.
Do not ship anything back to us without our written authorisation. Unauthorised
returns will be refused or disposed of at the sender’s cost, with no credit.
– Change of mind or product no longer required
– Ordering the wrong product, grade, purity or quantity
– Containers that have been opened, used, sampled or decanted
– Damage or degradation caused by storage or handling after delivery
– Test results that differ from your expectation, where the product meets
its Certificate of Analysis
– Carrier, customs or regulatory delays
– Refused delivery or an incorrect delivery address
By placing an order you confirm that you have verified the product details,
that the material is for research or industrial use only, that you are
permitted to purchase and store it, and that you will handle it as per the
Safety Data Sheet.
Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
SarChem Labs may update this policy at any time. The version published at the
time your order is placed applies to that order.
